Competition Terms & Conditions: “1st Anniversary Atelier Content Antwerp”

Article 1: Organiser

The competition is organised by Atelier Content BV, with its registered office at Kaatsspelplein 9/5, 9600 Ronse, Belgium (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”). The promotion runs on Saturday 19 September 2026, while stocks of the promotional balloons last.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

• Participation is completely free of charge and open to anyone who physically enters the Atelier Content store in Antwerp (IJzerenwaag 11). No purchase is required.
  
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  
• Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per person / per household for the entire duration of the promotional day.
  
• Store employees and members of their household are excluded from participation.
  

Article 3: Game Mechanics & Determination of Winners

1. Each participant may choose one (1) balloon. Each balloon has a card attached to it.
   
2. If the card indicates a percentage discount, the discount will be granted immediately as a commercial discount on the (next) purchase, subject to the applicable terms and conditions (see Article 4).
   
3. If the card indicates a physical prize, the participant will be entered as a potential winner.
   
4. In order to effectively win the prize, the participant must complete the official entry form in full, including the correct answer to the competition question and an estimate for the tie-breaker question. In the event of a tie (multiple correct answers), the prize will be awarded to the person whose estimate is closest to the exact answer to the tie-breaker question.
   

Article 4: Prizes & Conditions

The total prize pool consists of:

• 1x Pair of shoes of choice from the available in-store stock (retail value between €255 and €490).
  
• 1x Handbag of choice from the available in-store stock (retail value between €325 and €540).
  
• 20x Pairs of socks (retail value €22 per pair).
  
• Variable discount cards (percentage discount on an order).
  

Additional conditions:

Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. Discounts and prizes cannot be combined with any other promotions, sales or ongoing offers.

Article 5: Privacy (GDPR)

The personal data collected through the entry form will be used exclusively for the proper administration and running of this competition. If a participant opts in to receive the newsletter, their data will also be used for marketing purposes. Participants have the right to access and request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
