RETURNS

You can return your order within 20 days of receiving the items. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible, unless the issue is covered under warranty.We will refund your purchase or exchange the item, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Send an email to retour@ateliercontent.be.
2. You will receive a link to our returns portal.
   Be sure to have your order number ready — you’ll need it to start the process.
3. Follow the steps provided in the portal.

Please note:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the items.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, in the original box, and with all included accessories.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days at the latest.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size (smaller or larger)?

• If the desired item is still in stock, we’ll ship it to you free of charge.
• If it’s no longer available, we’ll simply refund your payment.
• Exchanges are also processed via the returns portal.
